Innovative Services started in 2004 in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area with the mission and vision to give those with developmental disabilities the best quality of life in the community. Innovative Services has continued to grow throughout the state of Wisconsin. Although the organization started working primarily with individuals with developmental disabilities, we have expanded our supports to people of all ages with varying needs.

The company strives to provide safe and healthy environments for individuals needing flexible, accessible, and self-directed supports while creating opportunities for maximum independence through every service offered. Fulfilling this mission depends on a continuing vision and pursuit of quality service by our team of employees who use their energies and collective talents to make a difference every day.
