Innovative Services encourages healthy lifestyle choices. Full-time and part-time employees who complete their introductory periods are eligible for the YMCA corporate membership discount available in their respective areas. Each YMCA offers a discount exclusive to their region of coverage. Those employees who do not have access to a local YMCA are eligible to receive reimbursement for an approved fitness facility membership (up to $75 joiner fee and half the monthly membership with a maximum paid of $32 monthly).

Paid Days Leave
We believe that employees should have opportunities to enjoy time away from work to balance their lives. Paid days leave (PDL) contains time off for vacation, sick leave, appointments, funeral leave not covered by our company funeral leave benefit, emergencies or others events that require time off from work.
Family Funeral Leave
Full-time employees who complete their introductory period are allowed to take up to two days with pay when there is a death in the employee’s immediate family.
Full-time employees are eligible for holiday pay after their 90-day introductory period is complete. The following qualify for holiday pay:

Flexible Dress Code
Employees represent the company and the individuals we serve, however we want you to be comfortable at work and therefore allow you to wear casual street clothes. We do not require you to wear/purchase any uniforms.
